Trust is delighted to be able to announce that it has
been successful in its bid to continue as provider of
the Teachers’ International Professional Development
(TIPD) Programme until March 2007.
The Trust’s Programme of provision now covers two main elements:- |
News
UK teachers learn how to pamper snails in Ghana
|
Short-Term
Study Visits – 300 places
per annum
A programme for classroom teachers who wish to participate
in an international visit, based on a chosen theme. Applicants
are not able to choose their destination. |

School-Determined
Visits – 500 places per
annum
A programme for classroom teachers who wish to visit a partner
school abroad, to look at an approved theme. |

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE TIPD PROGRAMME IS OPEN
TO CLASSROOM TEACHERS IN PRIMARY, SECONDARY & SPECIAL SCHOOLS,
AND NOT JUST SPECIALIST OR AFFILIATED SCHOOLS.
