All participants are required to give contact details of their next of kin as part of their application. This information will be immediately accessible by the Trust should an emergency arise, and will also be given to the nominated Group Leader, the contact person in the host school, and the headteacher of the UK school.

All Group Leaders will also be given a 24-hour emergency contact number while they are on their visit.
