It is important that ownership of the partnership project lies with the schools and teachers involved. Therefore, itinerary arrangements in the host country will be solely the responsibility of the nominated Group Leader for the visit.

However, the Trust will play a pivotal role in ensuring that all criteria for involvement in the project are fulfilled, and will ask all Group Leaders to provide details of their planned daily activities at least eight weeks prior to departure.
